NEW APPOINTMENTS

GENERAL MANAGER SALES/MARKETING/BUSINESS DEVELOPMENTS

It is with pleasure that we announce the appointment of Mr Dale Putland to the above role within Nomad Modular Building.

Dale joins us with a wealth of experience emanating from many years with the Fleetwood Corporation, and joins us leaving Fleetwood as their National Manager of Sales/Bus Dev.

We believe that Dale will bring to the business a strong background in Housing and Project Sales/Dev, and the merging of his skills with the skills of our existing Sales/Bus Dev team will be extremely beneficial.

CHIEF FINANCIAL OFFICER.

It is with pleasure that I announce the appointment of Mr Greg Dower to the position of Chief Financial Officer.

Greg joins us after having worked many years for Ausdrill both in a CFO and Financial Controllers role.

Greg has solid exposure and relationships with the investment community and ASX, and will play a major role in the Company's growth and strategic direction.

He joins us as of the 4th December.

GENERAL MANAGER OPERATIONS

I would like to formally announce the appointment of Mr Brendan Milburn to the position of General Manager, Operations for Nomad Modular Building .

In this role Brendan will report directly to myself, and reporting him will be Manufacturing, On site Construction, Logistics, D&E, Purchasing and Stores.

Brendans main focus, given his experience, will be in the area of on site construction and the management and interfacing of other operational areas.

Brendan joins us from Rio Tinto, where he currently holds the role of Client Representative for Project Infrastructure.

Prior to this Brendan has hold a number of Construction Mgmt roles within the Industry, and also Gen Mgmt of WA Petroleum Maintenance Division.

We also intend to use Brendan in an ongoing relationship role with Rio and its EPCM Contractors.

Brendan will be joining us in early December, so please join me in welcoming Brendan to the Company, and we wish him every success for his future here at Nomad.
