Nomad Modular Building - Company Profile

Nomad Modular Building has been awarded the contract for manufacture and supply of 20 Staff Quarters, Laundry/Linen/Comms, Ice Room and Gymnasium for the Yandi Beyond 52 Project with Hamerlsey Iron. Total value of $4.5 Million.

Nomad Modular Building has recently been awarded the contract for the manufacture and delivery of 24 Staff Quarters, Laundry/Linen/Comms, Crib & Toilet/Office by KBR/Rio Tinto for Hope Downs Stage 2. Total value of this project is approximately $3 Million.
This project is due for completion at the end of October 2008.

Nomad Modular Building has been awarded a contract for the manufacture and supply of an additional 600 rooms for BHP's Rapid Growth Project 5, Yandi. Total value of approximately $17 million.
The works will be carried out in the 2009 Financial Year.

Contract Awards - Queensland
|
|
Nomad Modular Building has been awarded by Robe River Mining Associates the full project funding component of the Mesa A Iron Ore Project valued at approximately $20 million. This contract is additional to the previously awarded contracts for the initial development stages of the Mesa A Project taking Nomad's total contractual works to around $34 million.
The new contract, which will commence in March 2008, involves the manufacture and installation of an additional 400 rooms and associated facilities. Upon completion the total facility will accommodate a workforce of 760 persons.

Moranbah Caravan Park - QLD
|
|
Longwall Pty Ltd owners of the Moranbah Caravan Park have secured a contract to supply cabin type accommodation to house BMA Contractors. Longwall chose Nomad to supply 65 cabins being Stage 1 of this Project.

Nomad was awarded in August 2007 the supply, delivery and installation of 108 rooms and 2 laundries. The project is a continuation of the previous 300 rooms and 5 laundries that was awarded to Nomad. Expected completion date is February 2008.

Nomad Operations Qld opened its operations in March 2006. Accommodation units are currently being manufactured for the Department of Housing in the cyclone affected area of Innisfail. 2 bedroom living quarters were chosen to assist with the urgent needs.

Located 123 km South of Perth, 6km from the Boddington Town site.
Boddington Gold Mine, is the second largest Gold Mine in the world and
could rival the Super Pit of Kalgoorlie. The Awarded Contract Stage 1
is for an initial 200 man Construction Village. Stage 2 expansion
projects is a 1050 Construction Village facilities, with Permanent Dry
and Wet Mess, Recreation facilities, etc.

Located approx 120 km NW of Newwan. Hope Downs is one
of the original Hancock sites, which will now be developed. Nomad
is currently constructing stages 1 & 2 of the project which
includes installing the 550 Person Construction facility. Nomad will
also be constructing the EPCM site facilities for the Project and will
manufacture the proposed 350 Person Permanent Operation Village
including all the central facilities.

Located 90km Nth Leinster, 1000km E Perth mining Iron Ore with approx 800 personnel. This
site was originally established around 1993. Nomad was awarded a
300 room Village which is still under construction consisting of
Accommodation rooms and 5 Laundries, including all the services.
Expansion including installation which was awarded to Nomad in December
2005 with the expected completion date to be October 2006.

Located 60km from Tom Price, originally an old Brockman gold mining
camp, has been reopened. Nomad installed a Construction
Village consisting of Accommodation units, Wet Mess, etc. Some
buildings were originally at Wildflower and relocated to Namuldi, the
old Wildflower Kitchen is now at Hope Downs. The extent of the
Project involved over 100 new rooms and a range of facilities.

Located 5km from Paraburdoo for the mining Iron Ore.
Installation of a 120 Person Construction Camp including the
installation and manufacture of buildings , central facilities, sports
courts, waste water treatment plant .
The project was completed in May 2006.

Ravensthorpe Joint Venture construction camp is located 34 km from Ravensthorpe town site (Esperance side). Ravensthorpe is a Nickel site. Nomad has been awarded various stages totalling approx. 1200 rooms, for the existing construction camp and also the 300 Accommodation units for the permanent village, the Office and Administration complexes and permanent village com facilities.

Relocation of the existing Weelamurra Rail Camp
Construction Village, plus the manufacture of 48 additional
accommodation rooms and 2 laundries. All the existing central
facilities were relocated and laid down at the Ti Tree Rail Camp by
Nomad.
The project was handed over in May 2006.

Nomad was awarded Stage 3 of the BHP Yandi Permanent Village for the
supply and installation of 78 accommodation rooms at the Yandi Mine
site. The project was completed in April 2006.

The Design and Construction of a 600 person Construction facility located at Dampier at Kangaroo Hill, WA. Nomad supplied 600 accommodation rooms, central facilities, sports courts, and waste water treatment plant.

Dear Loves Caravan Park is located in Newman WA. Nomad was chosen to
supply their additional accommodation requirements which consisted of
28 Queen Senior rooms and 152 Staff Quarter Accommodation rooms for the
Newman and Dear Loves Caravan Parks.
