Nomad Modular Building Pty Ltd ("Nomad") is a wholly owned subsidiary of Nomad Building Solutions Limited, a company listed on the Australian Stock Exchange that specialise in quality modular building solutions.   Nomad manufacture high calibre modular buildings that are capable of coping with the stringent demands of the resources, construction, tourist, retirement and domestic building sectors.

Nomad Modular Buildings main operation is situated in the heart of the Australian Marine Complex in Henderson, Western Australia. Currently, Nomad is rapidly growing with extensions to current premises, another two complexes in Bibra Lake, and a new operation interstate, located in Wacol Queensland.

Nomad's core business emanates from the resources and engineering sectors. However, Nomad Modular Building is diversifying and expanding into the tourism, housing, education, retirement, communication and commercial markets. This is being achieved by specialising in the use of a number of product and construction techniques e.g. Concrete or steel floors, steel, timber, panel and/or composite wall systems.
