Mr Bourke has 25 years experience managing regional projects and assets across Australia and Canada, holding senior positions in WMC Nickel, Iluka, Emeco and AECOM. Michael’s most recent work has been on cogeneration and mine infrastructure asset projects in Queensland, NSW and Bulgaria.

Peter Abery

Mr Abery has experience in senior management roles including CEO and Managing Director of such companies as HPM Industries, Crown Castle UK/National Grid Wireless, Crown Castle Australia, Vodafone Network, Telstra and QPSX Communications. Current Directorships include Ear Science Institute of Australia Inc., Vesco Foods Holdings Pty Limited, Australian Convenience Foods Group Pty Limited and Salter Australia Holdings Pty Ltd.

David Franklyn

Mr Franklyn is currently the Managing Director of Entrust Funds Management Limited a Western Australian based boutique funds management business and is Non-Executive Chairman of the ASX listed Calzada Limited.  His previous roles include being Head of Research for a national stockbroker and General Manager, Corporate Communications for an ASX 200 company.

David Cochrane

Mr. Cochrane has over 30 years of involvement in CEO and senior management roles in engineering and construction with a focus in the resources sector.  He has extensive experience in strategic planning, contract risk analysis, tendering strategies, estimating and project management.  Mr. Cochrane has worked in the USA, Canada, the UK, South East Asia and China.  His most recent role was as Group Vice President of the Asia Pacific Australia region for Chicago Bridge & Iron Co. (CBI).  Mr. Cochrane is currently a consultant in the engineering and construction industry and is based in Perth.

David Craig

Mr Craig is a partner of a major Perth law firm and specialises in resources and commercial legal advice, which included work on resources joint ventures, the acquisition and disposal of interests in companies and projects, and capital raisings by companies.  Mr Craig spent five years working with Woodside Petroleum Ltd in an executive position in the field of public and government affairs.

Mr Bruno Melia

General Manager, Nomad Modular Building (WA operations)
Bruno graduated in Civil Engineering from The Western Australian Institute of Technology in 1971 and has been a member of the institution of Engineers Australia since 1972 and became a registered builder in 1976.

Bruno worked in the construction Industry since 1971 in the profession as a Civil Engineer in various disciplines of the industry both in Civil and Building. During his employment time he worked for large construction companies and was in charge of many civil and structural projects. In 1989 Bruno registered his own construction company which ran for 15 years. Later he returned to the work force and was employed in the Pilbara mining industry. Bruno’s recent years have been spent working with companies associated in modular construction until his recent appointment with Nomad Modular Building

Mr. Rowan Gibson


General Manager – Sales, Nomad Eastern States
Rowan has 25 years industry experience in the construction of permanent structural and modular buildings. He is responsible for the Queensland business including business development, sales and marketing, the Queensland manufacturing facilities and project management.
