Richard Blair has held senior finance and accounting roles in public companies associated with the resource sector for over 25 years including Executive General Manager Finance of Pasminco Limited from 1988 to 1995; Chief Financial Officer of Eltin Limited from 1997 to May 1999 and Chief Financial Officer of Macmahon Holdings Limited from 2000 to present. Richard is a CPA and Fellow of the Australian Institute of Company Directors.  Richard became Chairman of Nomad Building Solutions Ltd in October 2008

Phil Guy has over 30 years experience in the building, resources and construction industries within Australia and overseas. He has held various roles including General Manager WA of Ausco Building Systems Pty Limited from 1992 to 1994; Regional Manager WA from 1994 to 1995; National General Manager of Mining Resources and Infrastructure from 1995 to 2000 for James Hardie Building Systems Pty Ltd and National General Manager of Mining, Resources and Infrastructure Waco International from 2000 to 2003. Phil has been the Managing Director of Nomad since 2003.

Geoffrey Allen has extensive experience in the construction industry. He became a non-executive Director and was Chairman of Nomad in March 2006 until December 2008. Geoffrey brings with him the experience gained as Managing Director and Deputy Chairman of Multiplex Constructions Pty Ltd from 1989 to 2003. Geoffrey is a registered builder and is currently an Advisory Director to Doric Group Holdings.

Peter has over 40 years experience with the Australian and International resource and related manufacturing sectors.  Peter has held many senior management and director level positions domestically and overseas.  Since 1995 Peter has undertaken advisory work and held a number of Director roles. Mr. Slaughter was a non executive director and chairman of Child Care Centres Australia until he resigned in December 2004 following a merger with ABC Leaning centres.  President and Chairman of the Australian Institute of Management (Qld & NT) from 2002 to 2004, he currently holds positions as a Chairman of Monto Minerals Limited, Director of both Sunshine Gas Limited and India Gold Limited.  Peter was appointed a Non-executive Director of Nomad on 24 August 2006.

Wayne has 27 years experience with McGrath Homes including the last 15 as Managing Director. Under Wayne's leadership, McGrath Homes has established itself at the forefront of the construction of transportable homes to a permanent standard in Western Australia, and increasing the turnover of McGrath Homes from $1.5 million in 1991 to $27 million in 2006. In 1993, Wayne introduced the 'Norfolk Homes' branded one and two-storey product range. Since this time the McGrath Homes business has consistently been in the top 20 volume builders in Western Australia. Wayne has held a registered builders licence since 1995 and has extensive experience across all areas of the building industry.

Alan Thomas is a registered builder with nearly 30 years experience in construction and property development.  He joined Rapley Wilkinson in 1980 eventually becoming the company's managing director and joint owner.  He skilfully led the growth of the business to being one of Western Australia's most respected and successful integrated construction and property development businesses actively operating throughout the state.

Peter Abery has a Bachelor and a Masters degree in Engineering (Electrical Engineering) and a Masters of Business Administration.  He is a Fellow of the Australian Institute of Company Directors, a member of the Institute of Engineering and Technology and the Chartered Management Institute and a graduate of the Harvard Business Schools' International Senior Managers Program.  Mr Abery has experience in senior management roles including CEO and Managing Director of such companies as HPM Industries, Crown Castle Australia, Vodafone Network and OPSX Communications.  Current Directorships include pieNetworks Limited and Norfolk Group Limited.

Dale has 25 years in Sales and Marketing with extensive experience in the modular building industry.

Ron has 28 years experience in the Mining & Industrial sector across Australia having been involved in the services and building manufacturing sectors.  He has a wide knowledge of the requirements of clients in the Industry.  Ron is responsible for all manufacturing operations in Western Australia.

Rowan has 25 years industry experience in the construction of permanent structural and modular buildings. Rowan is responsible for the Queensland business including business development, sales and marketing, the Queensland manufacturing facilities and project management.
