Mr. Richard Blair

Richard
Blair has held senior finance and accounting roles in public companies
associated with the resource sector for over 25 years including
Executive General Manager Finance of Pasminco Limited from 1988 to
1995; Chief Financial Officer of Eltin Limited from 1997 to May 1999
and Chief Financial Officer of Macmahon Holdings Limited from 2000 to
2006. Richard is a CPA and Fellow of the Australian Institute of
Company Directors. Rick became Chairman of Nomad Building Solutions Ltd
in October 2008 and Executive Chairman in January 2010.

Mr. Alan Thomas

Alan Thomas is a registered builder with nearly 30 years experience in construction and property development. He joined Rapley Wilkinson in 1980 eventually becoming the company's managing director and joint owner. He skilfully led the growth of the business to being one of Western Australia's most respected and successful integrated construction and property development businesses actively operating throughout the state.

Mr. Peter Slaughter
Non-Executive Director
Peter has over 40 years experience with the Australian and International resource and related manufacturing sectors. Peter has held many senior management and director level positions domestically and overseas. Since 1995 Peter has undertaken advisory work and held a number of Director roles. Mr. Slaughter was a non executive director and chairman of Child Care Centres Australia until he resigned in December 2004 following a merger with ABC Leaning centres. President and Chairman of the Australian Institute of Management (Qld & NT) from 2002 to 2004, he currently holds positions as a Chairman of Monto Minerals Limited, Director of both Sunshine Gas Limited and India Gold Limited. Peter was appointed a Non-executive Director of Nomad on 24 August 2006.

Mr. Peter Abery

Peter Abery has a Bachelor and a Masters degree in Engineering (Electrical Engineering) and a Masters of Business Administration. He is a Fellow of the Australian Institute of Company Directors, a member of the Institute of Engineering and Technology and the Chartered Management Institute and a graduate of the Harvard Business Schools' International Senior Managers Program. Mr Abery has experience in senior management roles including CEO and Managing Director of such companies as HPM Industries, Crown Castle Australia, Vodafone Network and OPSX Communications. Current Directorships include pieNetworks Limited and Norfolk Group Limited.

Chief Executive Officer
Brian Praetz comes from broad based executive management background, having managed numerous national and international operations involved in the mining, manufacturing and industrial services environments. Roles include Chief Operating Officer for Boom Logistics, Group GM for Industrial Galvanizers manufacturing operations and in senior management roles with organisations such as BGC and Blackwood Hodge. Brian has extensive manufacturing experience and has both a tertiary and technical qualifications.

Rowan has 25 years industry experience in the construction of permanent structural and modular buildings. Rowan is responsible for the Queensland business including business development, sales and marketing, the Queensland manufacturing facilities and project management.

Barry has 25 years in the construction industry as a qualified Quantity Surveyor. 10 years experience of owning and running a UK based Construction Company. 3 years executive experience in the Australian Modular Building industry, specialising in the marketing, negotiating and technical tender responses to resource industry enquiries for modular building solutions.

Kevin has been a qualified accountant for 10 years. He has over 20 years experience in accounting, 13 of which he worked for a top 20 UK accounting firm ending up as Audit Manager. Since then has has worked as a Finance Director in a medium sized company and a systems consultant to a large company which profits in excess of $20M.

Andrew has 18 years financial and commercial experience in national and international companies and has held senior management roles with companies in the manufacturing, service and construction sectors. His last three years have been in the Australian Modular Buildings Industry.

Kevin has 26 years experience in the oil industry involved with the operations, transport and safety environments. His last three years have been as a Safety Manager in the Australian Modular Building Industry.

He graduated with an honours degree in Product Design from Bournemouth University. Chris went on to work as a Design Engineer working for manufacturing based companies in the UK for 5 years.
