We are pleased to advise the award of 2 new contracts for the Queensland division of Nomad Modular Building Pty Ltd as follows:

1. Lake Vermont Resources : contract value of approximately $12 million for the supply and installation of a 270 person village commencing in  March 2008 with completion due in September 2008.
2. Coal Stream Joint Venture : contract value of approximately $7 million for the manufacture and supply of a 300 person construction village commencing in February 2008 and with completion expected in August 2008.
